Why do you operate on a quote based system?

North receives very large orders on a daily basis. In order to best serve our customers, we take each request for order and base our response on our inventory. We want to provide the best and fastest service to our customers, while ensuring that all of your equipment needs are met.

Discounts are also dependent on the size of your order. The more you order the less you pay!

What safety standards and procedures do you follow and meet?

Our products have been thoroughly tested in all levels of safety and meet and exceed industry regulations and standards including destructive and non-destructive testing, computerize FMEA, applicable code review, technical reports and safety manuals.

What is ringlock scaffolding?

Ringlock scaffolding is a global front-runner in system scaffolds that originates from America. It has a unique modular design that allows for quick installation and efficiency, alongside having the ability to cater for complex geometries and provide ease of adaptation. Its components come in different sizes, and accessories are made available to meet the needs of a wide range of projects and applications.

What do I do if the item I want is listed as "call to order"?

When an item is list as "call to order" it means we currently don't have any in inventory, or we have temporarily made this item available only by phone due to it being a new or special item.

These items could be on route to our facilities, and available for pre-order. If you need an item that is currently not in inventory, contact us here to request an order to be put through, or to reserve a specific quantity of the order that is already on its way to us.

How do I request information regarding the equipment I need for a specific project?

North understands that knowing what equipment you need can be confusing, luckily we provide services to have your project designed by one of our in house engineers. To learn more or request a design, visit the Contact Us page.

How do I arrange shipping for the items that I ordered?

After we receive an order request we will automatically assign a sales representative to contact you regarding the order details. At this time, you can request the item be made ready for pick-up at one of our locations, or request that we arrange shipment on your behalf.

Your order confirmation will prompt you for the information needed to arrange the shipment of your order. If you specify you would like your order shipped, we will provide you a custom freight quote that will need to be confirmed before your payment is processed.

All shipping through North is FOB.

Do you have a scaffolding catalogue?

Do you sell new and used scaffolding?

North is a factory direct company that stocks high quality new products, all of which are listed on our website and product catalogue.

We often stock used scaffolding equipment available for rental & purchase, please contact us for more information.
