Description

The Mid Transom is designed to create additional support at the plank level anywhere inside of a bay by straddling the outer Ledgers or Double Ledgers. It can also be used to create openings within the planked bay for ladder access or to avoid a permanent obstruction.

In construction, these transoms are used to hold Ledgers in their jaw section to prevent central bending of Laminate Planks and provide mid-bay support. The fabricated jaw section at each end is secured to prevent dislocation. One end is provided with an integral locking device to prevent movement along during use.

*For more information, see product specifications sheet
*Meets ANSI, CSA, and OSHA standards of safety
