    This project included the equipment to construct an on-site operations lab enclosure utilizing NSP’s innovative Diamond Beam Roof System. This advanced custom enclosure was designed to shield the lab from severe weather conditions, ensuring the safety and integrity of critical research operations. The Diamond Beam Roof System’s unique features guarantee superior strength, stability, and weather resistance, providing a reliable defense against extreme elements such as heavy rain, strong winds, and intense snowfall. Our objective is to create a secure environment that allows uninterrupted on-site work, enabling the lab to function optimally regardless of external climatic challenges.

    The Rocktrap Scaffold Bridge project presented significant challenges, requiring careful planning and execution to ensure the safety of the Utimec LF 600 Transmixer. With a maximum capacity of 28,500 kg (62,831.7 lbs) and four points of contact, the load was evenly distributed using industrial-grade Soldier Beams to prevent localized failures. Advanced 3D design analysis with SolidWorks software allowed precise component placement without obstructing truck movement. Custom parts were designed to handle the unique load requirements, seamlessly integrating with the scaffold system and reinforcing critical points for structural stability. Coordinated design and manufacturing processes ensured a successful assembly meeting project specifications.
