In-Store Pickup

North Scaffold Products offers two different options for obtaining your scaffolding, In-Store pickup or you can specify a location to which you want your order delivered. North will select In-Store pickup by default, this option adds no additional charge to your order, just come and pick it up when you are ready! If you require your order to be shipped to your location, please respond back to your order confirmation email with the prompted information so that we can get back to you with your custom freight quote.

Custom Freight Quote

North Scaffold Products can provide a custom quote based on the weight, dimension, and location of your shipment. We will determine the best shipping method that will be the least costly and most efficient for your specific order. You will then be contacted regarding the shipping charges for your confirmation before the order is processed. After we have confirmed the shipping cost with you, it will then be added to your invoice.

Shipping Damages

Before shipping, we photograph each shipment and ensure that each shipment is secure in a way to prevent any damages from occurring. Clients must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment if they believe there are shipping damages. Customers might be asked to provide pictures with specific damages to the product. This is something we don’t expect to happen, and thus claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

You may return any products to, for any reason, for a full refund within 15 days of delivery of your shipment. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept items returned more than 15 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective item that is sold by and need to replace it with the same item, contact us to request a replacement. Items that are fulfilled can't be replaced, but may be returned.

Returning Shipments without a Packing Slip
If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it by selecting the relevant order from Your Account.
